Michele’s career has focused almost exclusively on people and work – developing people and organisations for success. As a highly experienced, commercially astute Executive Coach and People Developer, Michele has worked closely with senior executives, managers, and professionals across a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sector, including health, technology, media, private equity, retail, hospitality, pharmaceutical and professional services.
As a director in large organisations, and her many years of coaching senior teams through the complex dynamics of leadership, Michele quickly establishes rapport with her clients; listening and asking powerful questions to get to the heart of the issues. With humour and humanity, Michele creates valuable space and time for her clients to reflect, take stock, develop options, find greater clarity and awareness, and then take purposeful action.
