I’m Michele White, a commercially-astute and highly experienced OD consultant and people developer.
Together with a great team of like-minded associates, I work with teams and organisations to develop culture and optimise performance. And, as an Executive Coach, Team Coach, and Supervisor, I can work with you as a transformational thinking partner to enable you to step back and reflect, so developing your self-awareness and enhancing your performance.
